These are more of our native Irish Commercialized Brassicas, these particular spring cabbages grown and collected in and around Cork city. Over this last harsh winter many cabbage varieties succumbed to the unusual cold. We too lost many in number, but some survived and these are the seed from those hardy parents. Lush tender greens and small pointed heads all through spring.
