Red currant(Ribes Rubrum) Fruit size: Very large. Picking time: Late July This reliable variety remains the most popular all-rounder. The fruit is carried on long trusses which are easy to pick, and heavy crops are borne on moderately vigorous bushes. No problems, flavour is good, juice content is high.
