Cooking apple trees

Medium-sized, rounded fruit with a greenish-yellow skin flushed with brown/red hues. There are small russet dots, russet veining and pearly-white specks all over the fruit. The flesh is firm, greenish-white, moderately juicy, not acid but with a pronounced tang. It needs to be picked and used early in the season, when it expresses it’s exceptionally good flavour at it’s best. Useful for cider, juicing, a mid-season, tip-bearer from Armagh.
