NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2010/DELIVERY 2011 Firm, dry, sweet, slightly acid white flesh. The fruit is large, flattish, conical and angular. It is an excellent cooking apple, particularly good as a baked apple. It is firm and sweet when eaten in late September and keeps very well on the tree.
