A good fruity flavour with firm, white, crisp sub-acid flesh. It has a round/flat shape with smooth yellow skin striped and stippled with scarlet. It bears a heavy crop of fruit. It’s at its best around Christmas time. A mid-season spur-bearer from Armagh, Antrim.
