Medium-sized, round, angular fruit with pale yellow skin flushed with carmine and strewn with russet dots. The flesh is white, firm and moderately juicy, not acid but with a pronounced tang. It is a fast-growing tree with a spreading habit. A mid-season spur-bearer from Kilkenny.
