ROCKDUST is ground volcanic rock, used all the world as a soil remineraliser. It is used neat in the garden at a rate of 2 kg/ 30m2 or 5lbs / 100 ft2 .

Adding ROCKDUST to your compost aids the composting process. By adding ROCKDUST at a rate of 3 to 9 kg to a cubic metre . This assimilates the minerals within the biologic system of the soils, making the nutrients available to the plants.

ROCKDUST is a carbon neutral, non toxic, ecofriendly, pesticide and chemical free soil remineraliser.

ROCKDUST is 100% volcanic rock in a powder form, ground down to pass a 200 mesh screen/sieve.

ROCKDUST is a potent remineraliser, it does not affect the ph of your soil and is suitable for all organic produce.

When do I apply ROCKDUST?

A. Winter eg in the case of fruit bushes and early Spring are traditional, rockdust can be applied with any other soil amendments especially compost. Autumn or top application/dressings are excellent as the ROCKDUST will absorb over the winter period and be available during the spring season.

ROCKDUST can be applied if tilling over cover crops in preparation for new growth.

The new application of micronized minerals will stimulate the microbial population in the soil and make the nutrients available more readily for the new crops.

ROCKDUST can be diluted in water for use anytime or applied neat as a side dressing.
